Delivery Information

Smaller items will be dispatched using a courier service and will take 2 - 5 working days for arrival after the item(s) have been quality checked.

On placing your order, please provide us with any special delivery details or delivery instructions (time, date etc) in the order comments field.

Large orders and items will be dispatched using a networked distibutor and will be assembled and placed in the room of choice, along with packaging removal.

For the networked distributor service, items will be dispatched to your nearest depot, to which they will contact you via phone to arrange delivery of your items and book a time slot with you.

Our networked distributor is a professional uniformed delivery service, with easily identifiable modern vehicles, enables the 2 man delivery team to deliver your items efficiently and effectively replicating our client’s service levels. Our nework distributor's USP is that you deal direct with each relevant depot ensuring you have real time information on the status of your order. We look to deliver into all of the distributors depots on a regular basis ensuring a speedier delivery time to our customers.

The company we use will contact you directly giving you a two-three hour time slot within an AM/PM window.
They will contact you to book in the delivery making the process run smoothly and simply.

Once payment has been received for larger orders, please allow up to 7-14 working days for delivery of your item(s) to your nearest depot.
